I was blessed with being raised in a small town in Northern California to a large traditional Latin family and am the sixth of seven children. Being of Latin descent, not only do I have a passion for hot spicy foods, but crave excitement in my life and have a fiercely loyal heart. Although I love a challenge, (you can always count on me to rise to the occasion), I have a very grounded, down to earth, easygoing nature. You can usually find me either knee deep and totally submerged in a new project that has come my way, or curled up and engrossed in a new novel that I got my hands on. I started modeling about six years ago after I answered an ad in the local paper at the last minute. That last minute interview really opened some doors for this small town girl. It gave me the privilege to represent some very prestigious alcohol labels such as Budweiser, Captain Morgan, Jack Daniels and Crown Royal throughout the state of California. Since then, I've had the chance to work with some great photographers and appeared in a few magazines, which in turn led me here. Although I currently reside in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona, I was born and raised in a small town near Santa Maria in Southern California. Being surrounded by Mother Nature in the small town of Cuyama, I quickly became an avid lover of the outdoors. I take great pleasure in doing anything that will challenge me physically as well as mentally. I am presently pursuing my first passion, real estate. Being of a 5'5" stature, I didn't really believe modeling would be an avenue I could explore. Going to racing events has alwyas been a fun family event for me. When I went to my first race, I was probably about ten years old, I fell in love with racing and the cars incredible acceleration. My dad, Tim Gibbons, began racing sprint cars in southern California and from then on, I saw races were the cars just kept getting faster and faster. I'm excited to model for my dads racing team because it gives me a chance to travel and participate in our family events. Although modeling is a fun new adventure for me, I doubt this is going to be my long term career. I feel my creative mind will lead me to my true passion of art and design. Most of my hobbies relate to different kinds of art, for example: listening to music, dancing and drawing. Because there is so much diverse culture in art I feel like they have a lot of influence on me and also other people. After modeling, my future goal is to become a fashion designer. After finishing up a couple years at a community college in northern California plan to transfer and attend FIDM college, located in Los Angeles, California. There I hope to express myself by creating new ideas in the fashion industry. If I were asked to describe myself I would say my name Brijette is a lot like my personality. Because my name is unique in the way it's spelt and pronounced, I feel it describes me well. Originality is important to me, so my name, seperates me from my peers. Other traits in my personality are being wild and eager to try new things but also be responsible and safe. I hope to see you at the track.
