History of TCRC
TCRC has been in business since 1993. Like most cartridge re manufacturers, the home garage was the
first location. Growth was explosive for the first five years but has leveled off which has provided an
opportunity to fine tune our operation so we can service our over 600 customers with the efficiency of
larger, more labor intensive companies. And, with the addition of the LT-777 analyzer, we can produce
up to 400 cartridges per month with the staff now in place.
Understanding the power of the Web, we have decided it is time to make our presence felt. Since
most transactions will be shipped by common carrier, this is not a new procedure for us. We have been
shipping cartridges since the earliest days of our existence.
Growth has been mainly by direct sales in our local area. However, we have also added to our
customer base by buying out three local re manufacturing companies. Through, honest hard work,
unparalleled service, quality re manufactured toner cartridges, prices 30% - 60% less than new OEM
cartridges and a 100% guarantee on all of our work, there are no companies in our area that approach
our volume.
