Toner Cartridge Guarantee
All of our toner cartridges have a 100% guarantee for one year.
The guarantee covers any defective cartridge from TCRC that causes poor print quality.
Because office machines can also cause problems, we recommend always having a spare cartridge on
hand in order to try another cartridge to see if the problem disappears. We will immediately send
a replacement and a call tag for the defective cartridge.
In rare instances cartridges have damaged printers, although TCRC never has experienced this
problem. If a TCRC cartridge ever damaged a printer, we would need proof of the damage (a repair bill)
and, if there were a valid claim, customer would be reimbursed for all reasonable charges. We also
repair office machines and would, at no charge, repair a machine if there were a valid claim.
The quality of TCRC toner cartridges will be unsurpassed by any other internet company and will
fail only rarely. Please be sure the cartridge is the problem by testing another cartridge in your
machine so as to avoid unnecessary costs associated with replacements and returns, and to keep our
prices low.
